We want to thank Lindsay Saurauer from the Kenosha-Racine Lead Free Communities Partnership and David Johnson from the Kenosha-Racine Community Action Agency Weatherization Program for being our speakers at the February membership meeting. Both were great presentations. The Lead Hazard Reduction Program, Healthy Homes Program and Weatherization Programs are programs that are federally funded grants available for landlords. The presentation was very informative and can be of great help to landlords. If you missed the meeting, there are a few handouts that will be available at the April meeting.
There is no membership meeting in March due to WAA Legislation Days. We will be back in April with a new speaker. Brian Hervat will bring us up to date on what took place in Madison and we are working on a second speaker.
